August 8th, 1988 is a date we’ll never forget—because that’s the day Gee Loretta! opened its doors for the very first time in Coronado Center, nestled between Goldwater and Broadway. We were just a mother-daughter team with a dream (Loretta and Laura!) and a true love for helping women look and feel their absolute best.

Five years later, we had the opportunity to move into our own freestanding building on Montgomery—and that’s been our home ever since. Through every fashion trend, every season, and every celebration, the heart of Gee Loretta! has stayed the same: a place where style meets soul.

This week, we’re celebrating 37 years of unforgettable fashion moments, lifelong friendships, and the amazing community that’s helped us grow. Many of you have shopped with us from the beginning, and now we’re welcoming your daughters (and even granddaughters!) into the boutique—it’s such a joy to see fashion connect generations.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Albuquerque, for your unwavering support. You’ve allowed us to do what we love every single day—and we’re so honored to be part of your lives.
